Terms of Service
By using Aira Tech services, you agree to these working terms for Meta Ads, landing pages, tracking, WhatsApp funnels, and maintenance.
Service scope
Services may include Meta Ads management, offer and audience research, creative testing, Pixel and event setup, landing page builder, WhatsApp funnel, performance reports, and monthly maintenance.
Materials and access
Clients are responsible for providing brand materials, product information, Meta Business/Pixel access, and other data needed for work to run on schedule.
Fees and payment
Service fees follow the agreed package. Meta ad budget is not included in service fees. Landing pages may start with a down payment, while Meta Ads management runs monthly.
Campaign performance
We optimize campaigns based on data, but ad results are influenced by offer, market, budget, creative, Meta platform changes, and client follow-up. Therefore, no exact lead or sales volume is guaranteed.
Cancellation and maintenance
Campaign pauses, revisions, and maintenance follow the agreed package. Assets and data we create remain subject to the agreed usage rights. Cancellation and refund terms are set out separately in the “Cancellation and refunds” section below.
Delivery timeline
Landing pages are delivered within 7-14 business days from the date complete materials and payment are received. Meta Ads management starts within 3-5 business days from the date Meta Business/Pixel access is granted, and runs in one-month periods. Performance reports are sent weekly. If client materials are incomplete, the deadline restarts from the date materials are received and we notify you in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation may be requested by email to [email protected] or via our official WhatsApp. (1) Before work begins: 100% refund. (2) Landing page already in progress: refund of the portion not yet delivered, calculated from the milestones already handed over. (3) Meta Ads management already running: pro-rata refund for the remaining days of the current period; ad spend already used on Meta is non-refundable because it is paid directly to Meta. Requests are processed within 3 business days and refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the card issuer or bank. There is no cancellation fee.
