Data Deletion
If you want to request deletion of data previously sent to Aira Tech or processed through Ads Aira services, follow these steps.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include your name, related WhatsApp number/email, business name, and which data you want deleted.
Data that can be deleted
We can delete contact data, campaign materials, consultation notes, work access that is no longer needed, and analytics data directly tied to your identity.
Deletion limits
Some transaction data or work records may be retained as required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Timeline
We will review and process deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days after the required information is complete.
Data on Meta platforms
Data stored in Meta Business, Facebook, or Instagram may also need to be deleted directly through Meta's official settings and tools.
